I have been an avid home brewer for 6+ years and have brewed over 100 different beers.
I Love experimenting with all types of Hops, grains, yeast strains, and different fermentation methods.
I am currently producing 10 gallon all grain batches using a Spike Solo system. With limited space I currently have this is my best option.

I look to continue pushing the envelope of beer making with new and exciting flavor profiles and tweaks on old styles.
